All products sold through Road to Seminary are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and any damage

If the issue is verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Because products are custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Color selection mistakes
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Change of mind after purchase
